• All bookings/orders must be fully prepaid.
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Workshop links will be shared before the session.

• You are responsible for your device and internet connection.
• Recordings (if provided) are for personal use only.
• Sharing, downloading, screen-recording, or re-uploading content is not allowed.

4. Baked Product Orders
• Delivery depends on courier partners.
• Ovenleaf is not responsible for courier delays or transit damage.
• No refunds on baked items.
• Replacement only if the wrong product is received (must be reported within 2 hours with photos/videos).
