1. Workshops (Online/Offline)
• All workshop bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• If you miss the session or have network/device issues, no refund or reschedule is provided.
• If Ovenleaf cancels due to unexpected reasons, we may reschedule or offer a suitable alternative.

2. Pre-Recorded Courses
• Once the recording link is shared, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
• Course access cannot be transferred or shared.

3. Baked Product Orders
• Orders cannot be cancelled once paid.
• No refunds for baked products.
• Replacement only if the wrong item is delivered and reported within 2 hours with proof.
• Ovenleaf is not responsible for courier delays or damage in transit.

4. Payment Issues
• If money is deducted but booking/order is not confirmed, email us with proof.
• Verified duplicate/failed payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
